In the center of Groningen, near the courthouse, you will find Bout Advocaten: a medium-sized firm with 17 lawyers and a support team of about 11 employees. Our firm is known for its legal expertise, dedication and versatility. Our service is complaint-oriented, smooth, pleasant and the working atmosphere is casual.

During the student internship, you will participate in the daily practice of our lawyers. You will attend hearings and interviews with clients and will have the opportunity to actively participate in ongoing cases. In addition, you will co-write notes, opinions and trial briefs. We are pleased to offer you a versatile internship where you will get to know not only the legal profession, but also our firm well.
Bout Lawyers focuses on various areas of law and industries. From private law to administrative law, work for governments, businesses and individuals: with us, you’ll experience it. Although the internship is office-wide, we try to accommodate your personal interests. The exact content and length of your student internship are therefore negotiable.
