Mr. B.M.J. (Barbara) Pelzer (1974) studied Dutch law at Maastricht University and is also a postgraduate (LL.M) European Law and Comparative Law graduate. During her studies, she also obtained the final degree in French law (maîtrise en droit) from the University of Aix-Marseille. Since 1998, mr. Pelzer worked in the legal profession, first in Eindhoven and later in Groningen and Veendam. She transferred to our office in early 2021. When Barbara started in the legal profession, she came across employment law and further specialised in it. For example, she attended the Grotius course. Barbara is also attached to the University of Groningen as a lecturer in Employment Law and a PhD candidate. Barbara assists both employees and (large) employers.

Pursuant to this registration, she is obliged to obtain 10 training points in each registered main area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Dutch Bar Association.
