J. Homan

Mr. J. (Job) Homan studied Dutch law at the University of Groningen and graduated with a specialisation in corporate law. He wrote his thesis on the usefulness of division of labour within corporate boards in directors’ liability proceedings.

Effective October 2022, Job joined Bout Advocaten and was sworn in as an attorney in February 2023. He works within general civil practice, focusing in particular on insolvency law. Job is a member of the Young Insolvency Lawyers Association (JIRA).
