About Kelly

Mr. As a lawyer, K.M. (Kelly) Löwik-Felt focuses particularly on tenancy law and insolvency law. Within tenancy law, she provides landlords and tenants with legal assistance, on both residential and commercial property. She has extensive experience in litigation, before the Rent Commission, the district judge and the court of appeals. She also has a consulting practice. Her expertise includes drafting and reviewing lease agreements and conditions, rent disputes, non-payment, nuisance, defects, termination and dissolution of leases and eviction disputes.

Kelly specialised in Insolvency Law in 2021 by completing the INSOLAD/Grotius specialisation course in Insolvency Law. She is regularly appointed by the court as receiver in bankruptcies and she also works in the bankruptcies in which her office colleagues have been appointed as receivers. You can also use her when you, as a bankrupt, director or creditor, have a dispute with another trustee.

Kelly studied Dutch law in Amsterdam and Groningen and graduated cum laude in 2013. She also participated in the honours programme for master’s students. She joined Bout Advocaten on 1 February 2014. Clients describe Kelly as a knowledgeable and dedicated attorney. Kelly has an eye for detail and communicates honestly and clearly with her clients about their legal issues and position.
