Mr. N. (Ninette) Wouters studied Dutch law at the University of Groningen. In 2019, she completed a master’s degree in private law. During her studies, she attended several master classes and spent a semester studying at Queen’s University in Canada. Her thesis is about appeals in partial dispute proceedings in personal injury cases. Ninette has focused on general civil practice in recent years. In this general practice, she developed a strong preference for personal injury cases and tenancy law.
Ninette joined Bout Advocaten in 2023. Prior to this, she gained work experience as an attorney at another law firm and as a lawyer at a large legal expenses insurer.
As a lawyer, she believes it is important to represent the best interests of her clients and Ninette has a great sense of justice. She likes a personal approach and looks beyond legal issues. Mutual trust is the basis, along with a healthy dose of expectation management and realism.
