Insolvency, restructuring and debt restructuring
Lawyers from our firm are regularly appointed by the court as receivers in bankruptcies and moratoriums. In addition, Bout Advocaten is one of the few law firms to have a large debt restructuring department. Three of our staff often act as administrators in this context.
