R.A. van Elst

Mr. R.A. (Reinout) van Elst studied Dutch law at the University of Groningen and graduated with specialisations in labour and business law.

Reinout focuses on general civil matters and, in particular, liability law, tenancy law and construction law. Combining his knowledge of the law with a practical and solution-oriented approach, he has been an attorney at Bout Advocaten since 2020.

In 2022, Reinout successfully completed the Grotius specialist course in Business & Liability.

Mr. R.A. van Elst has registered the following main (and sub) areas of law in the Register of Jurisdictions of the Netherlands Bar Association:

• Rental law (Business premises; Residential premises)
• Corporate law (Professional liability; Directors’ liability; Mergers and acquisitions; Companies; Associations and foundations)

Pursuant to this registration, he is obliged to obtain 10 training points in each registered main area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
