Mr. R.G. (Job) Holtz graduated from the University of Groningen in 1983 and then joined Bout Advocaten, from 1990 as a partner.
He is particularly involved in insolvency law, in which context he attended the Grotius training course (INSOLAD). Job is regularly appointed by the court as receiver in bankruptcies. He also practices general civil and corporate law.

Pursuant to this registration, he is obliged to obtain 10 training points in each registered main area of law each calendar year according to the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
